Strong Men- Relax (essential oil massage step 2)

 

Formula from: The Complete Book Of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy- Valerie Ann Worwood

Second Step Exhaustion Massage Formula

Lemon- 10 drops

Rosemary- 10 drops

Basil- 8 drops

Lavender- 2 drops

Diluted in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Use the second step formula, or one of your own made from the second step list of essential oils, in the mornings.  Continue to use the first step massage oil in the evenings, leaving it on overnight.  Alternate in this fashion until you feel that your body and mind have regained their former strength and balance. 

Exhaustion can lead directly to either hypertension or hypotension-high or low blood pressure.  Both can be dangerous. If this is the case with you, choose from the lists below to make a massage oil- use 30 drops of essential oil to 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.

Marjoram

Clary-sage

Lemon

Rosemary

To Raise Blood Pressure

Thyme

Clove

Cinnamon
